Dubbed, Westy’s Tap & Tavern Pop-Up at Aspen Brewing, the pop-up menu, which was created by Westbound’s Chef Casey Taylor, will feature a crispy, thin-crust tavern-style pizza made with stone milled local organic flour, 48 hour fermentation dough, and mouthwatering toppings – all baked to perfection. Specialty versions of these tavern-style pizzas include Pistachio, Sunchoke, Hawaiian, Sopressata, and Forager-themed toppings as well as more traditional pies like Cheese, Pepperoni, and Sausage.
Additionally, Westbound will officially introduce itself to the Aspen community by lending a handful of beers to the Aspen Brewing draft and to-go menus with offerings like Westbound Italian Pils, Westbound The Coloradan Mexican Lager, Westbound Don’t Hassle the Hefe Hefeweizen, Westbound Colorado Pale Ale, Westbound IPA, Westbound Juice Caboose Hazy IPA, and Westbound Oodles of Oats Stout.
