Russian River Brewery: Ale for ALS

This is a strong pale ale we brewed as part of a national fundraiser for Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, Lou Gehrig’s disease)! All 40+ participating breweries have brewed their own style of beer using the same blend of experimental hops donated by Loftus Ranches and Hopunion. Vinnie and John Mallett from Bell’s Brewery hand-selected the hops while in Yakima during last year’s harvest. It has been fun to be a part of the inception of this great cause! Each brewery will donate $1 per pint to the ALS Therapy Development Institute. Please help us help those who are fighting this debilitating disease.
