On April, 21st Warped Wing Brewing Co. will be releasing 2XLP. A Double IPA inspired by a collaboration with Omega Music as part of National Record Store Day. The Double IPA weighs in at a hefty 10.5% ABV, 90 IBU.
When you help grow a community, your business usually grows with it. 35 years ago Gary Staiger started Omega Music. One of the highlights of that period for Gary was the enjoyment he got from supporting the local artist community. In fact, you can find a robust selection of local music at Omega when you visit.
“This is a celebration of great local artists and artisans. And we could not be prouder than to partner with Omega Music on this special day,” said Nick Bowman VP/Sales & Marketing and Managing Partner at Warped Wing. “
Introducing 2XLP. A double IPA that pours a clear bright orange. Then flips to a blast of tropical fruit in the nose. Taste crushed citrus and orchard fruits with Azacca and Motueka hops. Song over.
To celebrate the release, Warped Wing will be hosting a party on April 19th at 5PM in the brewery taproom. 2XLP draught will be available on tap and limited edition 500ml bottles will be available for carryout priced at $7.99 each. The beer will be released to retail partners Monday, April 23rd.
Festivities to be planned at Omega Music, Warped Wing, and the Barrel House in celebration of National Record Store Day. Details to follow.
