Migration Brewing is proud to celebrate their 12th anniversary over a packed weekend featuring an exciting combination of special events and beer releases on February 18-19 at three of their pubs. Any and all attendees are welcome and can expect limited edition anniversary merchandise, dry hopped Firkin kegs, live music, and more, to commemorate a dozen years and going strong.
One beer release, Hop Fire Volume 4, is a hazy IPA that features a Phantasm extract, made of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, as well as a new yeast strain together with specialty hops like Strata and Nelson Sauvin. Hop Fire Volume 4 is made at Glisan’s Pub which is home to The Shop, the beating heart of Migration’s innovation and “represents the spirit of a forward-thinking mindset that’s been a huge part of Migration since the beginning,” noted Mike Branes, co-Founder and Head Brewer. “These ingredients are extremely new and just coming to market in many cases. Migration is leading the charge to shape the future of craft beer in the Pacific Northwest and beyond,” noted Branes.
Together with a new and crisp Czech Anniversary pilsner, the two releases are part of a special event lineup that includes live music from Jenny Jahlee at the Williams and Glisan pub, and Zwickelmania beer tours at the Glisan and Wilkes locations.
“The hard work everyone puts in to keep the Migration dream alive deserves to be celebrated,” noted Colin Rath, Director of Pubs and co-Founder. “We’re thrilled to safely bring everyone together this month, to raise a pint, and cheers the brand we’ve built with the support of so many amazing community members. This is when we get to express our gratitude,” he said. Both of these beers will also be available in package (4-packs of 16-ounce cans) at the pubs.
