Lend Me Your Beers! J.T.M. Food Group Launches 2024 Beer Cheese Throwdown

J.T.M. Food Group, a leading provider of menu solutions for the food service industry, has officially launched the Call for Recipes for its 2024 Beer Cheese Throwdown, a national contest for breweries to enter their best beer cheese menu creations. Recipes are due by January 15, 2024 and can be submitted at https://jtmbeercheesethrowdown.com.

J.T.M.’s Beer Cheese Throwdown started in 2022, challenging food service operators (restaurants, breweries, catering, c-stores, business/industry, college/university, etc.) across North America to create custom dishes using J.T.M.’s Beer Cheese Base or Craft Beer Cheese Dip. The top two finalists will receive all-expenses paid trips to the 2024 National Restaurant Association Show, where their custom creations will be featured at the J.T.M. booth.

Once all entries are reviewed, a panel of J.T.M. experts will select the top eight recipes. A nationwide vote will be conducted from February 1 through March 1 to determine the top two finalists. Finalists will receive a trip to the National Restaurant Association Show from May 18-21, 2024, in Chicago, where their custom Beer Cheese creations will be featured at the J.T.M. booth for the Final Throwdown. Recipes will be voted on by a panel of culinary professionals, and the winner will take home bragging rights and a prize pack including a Traeger® Grill Pro Series 780, 5 cases of J.T.M.’s Beer Cheese Base, and more.
