Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant hits a construction milestone and welcomes the arrival of their brewery tanks, which were installed last week at 950 Lehigh Lifestyle Center in Whitehall, PA. Co-Founder and VP of Beer, Mark Edelson and his team installed the brewing equipment, which includes a mash tun, heating exchange, fermentation tanks, serving tanks and a grain mill.
“Similar to all Iron Hill Breweries & Restaurants, these tanks and this equipment enables us to bring our craft beer directly from the tanks to the tables. We will have seven signature beers always available and be able to brew an additional nine seasonals that rotate throughout the year, including IPAs, Belgians, German lagers, and American styles,” said Edelson.
