Colorado’s Prost Brewing Co. celebrated the Grand Opening of its Northglenn Biergarten earlier this year. This is Prost’s fourth biergarten and is situated to be a 10,000 sq. ft. community gathering space focused on elevated German cuisine and world-class biers. It’s the first portion of Prost’s new, nearly 60,000 sq. ft. production headquarters, set to open this spring.
