Dewey Beer opened in 2015 in Dewey Beach, Delaware and began distributing beer to Colorado in 2022 with the concept of connecting the brewery’s beach lifestyle and vibe with the culture and adventures of Colorado’s mountains. They have taken that a step further this year by adding a taproom to the North River area of Denver and the brewery’s Brandon Smith & Matt Lindemuth shared with Brewer’s Jon Sicotte the business side of developing a new taproom culture 1,800 miles away from home.
