There’s a multitude of reasons as to why your brewery stops servicing a territory. The key, though, can be restarting that area later down the road. For Modist Brewing, this happened with its Western Wisconsin territories and the Minneapolis-based brewery is once again going across state lines to re-add accounts on the counties touching the Minnesota state border. Co-founder John Donnelly and Sales & Marketing Manager Brenson Johnson share with Brewer Mag Executive Editor Jon Sicotte the ins and outs of reclaiming the territory and making improvements this second time around.
