3 Sheeps Brewing Co. celebrates another trip around the sun with a 10 Year Anniversary Party celebrating a successful first decade and an optimistic future for the brewery and the craft beer industry.
3 Sheeps Brewing Co., despite the fluctuation in the industry in the past, has been part of the growth and evolution of craft beer and remains one of the fastest growing breweries in Wisconsin.
“Ten years in we are both humbled and ecstatic to remain one of the fastest growing breweries in the state.” said Grant Pauly, founder and brewmaster of 3 Sheeps Brewing Co. “I don’t think I ever would have let myself think that we could be here in the way that we are. The craft beer scene in Wisconsin was so different ten years ago, and it’s been great to be a part of that change.”
The brewery anticipates continued growth in the future and further expanding and enhancing the brewing process, procedures and equipment. Currently, the brewery is once again expanding the canning line and implementing more automation to help accelerate the process of distributing cases into the market. Additionally, the brewery is installing its first semi-automatic keg washer and filler to improve the level of keg quality and keep up with demand.
“We can’t wait to look back in another 10 years and see how our industry has changed and evolved, and what part we got to play in it.”
The annual 3 Sheeps Anniversary Party returns to the Taproom on May 14. The celebration will be hosted throughout the 10,000 square foot indoor taproom and outdoors on the greenspaces and added tents. Craft beer enthusiasts are set for a day brimming with live music, food trucks, tastings, and limited and specialty beer releases. There will be timed tappings throughout the event featuring specialty and vintage beers. Partygoers will have an exclusive opportunity to purchase vintage beer commemorating a decade of the brewery’s iconic beers, including The Wolf variants, Paid Time off and Uber Joe, amongst others.

- To The Wind: Triple IPA brewed with Trident, Enigma and Talus hops
*Limited releases of these anniversary beers were only available via pre-order to be picked up in-person or by proxy at the anniversary celebration. Unclaimed bottles will be released for sale to the general public beginning at 4pm during the Anniversary Party.
