Schlafly Beer, the original, independent craft brewery in St. Louis, announces the release of its new spring variety pack, British Pub Pack, an homage to the best brew styles across the pond on Monday, March 10. The 12-pack, available now, offers four different beers of iconic British-style brews, such as Schlalfy’s flagship brew, Pale Ale, Scotch Ale, English IPA, and Northern English Brown Ale. The British Pub sampler pack is available now through spring.
“Pubs are the heart of British communities and serve as places for friends to gather, people to relax and unwind, and stories to be told,” CEO David Schlafly explains. “Our British Pub Pack pays loving homage to some of the classic beer styles found throughout the British Isles, and we hope our customers embrace these styles and share with their best mates.”
Schlafly’s British Pub Sampler 12-Pack features three cans of each of the four beers:
- Northern English Brown Ale (ABV: 5.0%): The Northern English Brown Ale is a malt-focused beer with hints of nuttiness, biscuit, and caramel. Subtle English hops and yeast round out the finish.
- Schlafly Scotch Ale (ABV: 6.2%): Also known as a “Wee Heavy,” Schlafly’s Scotch Ale features the aroma of sweet caramel with undertones of molasses, dried fruit, and toasted malt.
- English IPA (ABV: 7.2%): English IPA is a stronger version of Pale Ale with a hearty helping of fruity and floral English hops, biscuity malts, and higher alcohol content.
- Pale Ale (ABV: 4.4%): The English-inspired classic with a refined balance of hops and malt that helped spark the country’s craft beer revolution. It’s an ale born of artistry and heritage.
This 12-pack is available now across Schlafly’s distribution as well as Schlafly’s four brewpubs: Schlafly Tap Room in downtown St. Louis, and Schlafly Bottleworks in the Maplewood neighborhood of St. Louis.
