This celebration event was part of BLOOM¹s Water and Beer initiative with the Ontario Craft Brewers, to recognize Sawdust City Brewing as a provincial leader in sustainable craft brewing and water stewardship practices. Following on the footsteps of a successful pilot demonstration project with BLOOM and ECONSE Water Purification Systems, Sawdust invested in source reduction practices and ECONSE¹s Œnext generation¹ treatment system to improve its water and resource management performance.
