Colorado’s Prost Brewing Co. celebrated the Grand Opening of its Northglenn Biergarten earlier this year. This is Prost’s fourth biergarten and is situated to be a 10,000 sq. ft. community gathering space focused on elevated German cuisine and world-class biers. It’s the first portion of Prost’s new, nearly 60,000 sq. ft. production headquarters, set to open this spring. President David Deline spoke with Executive Editor Jon Sicotte about the new brewhouse, the community aspects, the beers and more.
