New Belgium Brewing’s CEO and Co-Founder, Kim Jordan, has gone from distributing Fat Tire in the back of her station wagon, to owning one of the top five breweries in the U.S. With the company’s rapid growth and building of a second facility in Asheville, North Carolina, the future is very bright for the employee-owned brewery.
