WaveTrain Intermedia announced their new software platform, BREW REVIEWS, that gives breweries control over their online reputation. Not only are Google reviews trusted, but getting them from customers may be the single most important thing a brewery can do inside their taproom to positively affect their search engine rankings.
Leveraging deep-linking technology, BREW REVIEWS allows breweries to send a text message to their taproom customers with a link that automatically opens to the brewery’s Google page for an easy review. It has a built in filter to discourage negative reviews plus additional features for sharing customer reviews directly on the brewery’s social media platforms.
