For the 6th year running, Revolution Brewing’s Galaxy-Hero IPA blasts onto the scene as the official beer of the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2). C2E2 2018, organized by ReedPop, will take place on Friday, April 6 through Sunday, April 8 at the McCormick Place. Chicago’s largest independent brewery will return to C2E2 as the official beer sponsor and participating vendor, bringing an array of comic-inspired merchandise, including the newest issue of the Galaxy-Hero comic book series. Revolution will also host a panel discussion on the brewery’s origin and the expansion of their League of Heroes on Friday, April 6 at 7:45 p.m.
To build on their love of beer innovations and comic art, Revolution will be releasing Double Dry-Hopped Galaxy-Hero on draft and in 6-packs at their Tap Room and Brewpub on Friday, March 9. The special edition, supercharged version of Galaxy-Hero features two rounds of dry-hops instead of one, each containing double the hops of Galaxy-Hero. Double Dry-Hopped Galaxy-Hero 6-packs will be distributed widely across Revolution’s footprint, in addition to availability at their Tap Room and Brewpub.
The build-up to C2E2 will continue when Revolution hosts their annual Cosplay Party at the Tap Room on Friday, March 16th from 6-10 p.m. The night will include beer, comic and art vendors, a Cosplay contest, and a chance to win C2E2 3-day passes.
Revolution will share additional updates & events surrounding their partnership with C2E2 on their website.
