New Realm Fan-Favorite, Oaxaca Choca, Makes Return for 4th Year

New Realm Brewing is set to re-release fan-favorite Oaxaca Choca (pronounced: WA-HA-KA CHA-KA) for its fourth year. This Imperial Mexican Chocolate Stout is brewed with vanilla, cinnamon, locally roasted cacao nibs, and chili peppers for a deliciously complex flavor. Oaxaca Choca sips like a cup of Mexican-style hot cocoa with just enough heat to balance its sweet.

“Oaxaca Choca was developed in our inaugural year and has since become one of our most sought-after annual releases,” said Bob Powers, Co-Founder and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of New Realm Brewing. “Oaxaca Choca has a beautiful and unique label design that is reminiscent of Día de los Muertos, with a rich flavor that is enjoyed throughout the fall and winter season.”

“Not only is Oaxaca Choca one of our most popular special releases every year, but it is a beer that our brewing team really looks forward to as well,” said Mitch Steele, Brewmaster and Co-Founder of New Realm Brewing. “The combination of a great Imperial Stout recipe, with locally sourced cacao nibs, cinnamon, vanilla and chilies give Oaxaca Choca a harmoniously balanced flavor that is ridiculously smooth with a lingering spiciness. If you’re one of the many fans who awaits this yearly release, stay tuned for a barrel-aged rendition returning soon as well.”

This Imperial Mexican Chocolate Stout will be available beginning September 21, 2021 on draft and in 16oz 4-pack cans in New Realm’s brewery to-go coolers, as well as your favorite retailers around Georgia, Virginia, and coastal regions of North and South Carolina.
