Mother Road Brewing Company is delighted to announce that the Building Community Program is returning for its second year. Mother Road’s employee run Building Community Committee elected to give directly to the Building Community program this fall rather than spending on traditional advertising in ‘Best of’ contests.
Michael Marquess, Co-Founder and CEO shares, “Directly devoting capital to Flagstaff organizations is the best way to support our local community as they supported us. It is not just our tagline; it is who we are: building community one pint at a time.”
We thank the community for voting us ‘Best of Flag’ from 2012-2022. This year, we continue our tradition of investing in our community instead of advertising. From September 13th through the 29th, Mother Road’s Tap Room will entertain nominations of Flagstaff’s local charities from its guests and crew. The five most nominated charities will be voted upon by the guests of Mother Road’s tap room between October 4th and November 3.
Each pint purchased will receive a voting ballot that will be placed into a charity’s ballot box. Mother Road will donate to each nominated charity, with the winner receiving $1,000 and the runner-ups $500 each. The winning charity will be announced during the week of Thanksgiving on the website and across social media channels, @motherroadbeer.
