While hiring is necessary, it’s not always easy or fun. Finding the top candidates can be stressful and sometimes feel impossible. With the vast majority of books and websites devoted to hiring tips, there have probably been thousands of philosophies on hiring passed around to hiring managers all around the world.
In brewing this is no different, but Heineken recently broke the mold with a video of a recent hiring practice. While the tests may seem outlandish, the strategy was very creative and all wrapped into the final phase.
