Hankscraft Inc. is excited to announce its integration of their AJS Tap Handles and Hankscraft POP divisions. The transition is set to be completed by January 1st, 2018 and positions the company to expand their already extensive service offerings for the display and beverage industries. Since 1920, Hankscraft has developed a wide range of products and continuously evolves to stay current with the needs of their customers. This transformation is one of many that keeps Hankscraft at the forefront of innovation and solidifies their position as a leader in U.S.-based manufacturing.
For more than three decades, AJS Tap Handles has manufactured tap handles, signs, chalkboards, wooden displays, shelving units, promotional items, and more for the beer and beverage industry. They are currently the largest tap handle producer in the United States and are well-known for their unique designs and extraordinary American craftsmanship. Hankscraft POP has provided display components and other point-of-purchase solutions to the retail and advertising industries for over 65 years. The division has pioneered a number of cutting-edge LED, LCD, motion, and audio technologies that seamlessly merge into full displays to get the most impact at the point of sale. With almost 100 years of combined experience in a variety of manufacturing disciplines, the newly unified division will give customers more options to showcase their brands and products, setting them above the rest.
“This joining is a natural step for us,” stated Mark Steinhardt, General Manager, “We will be able to provide even more solutions for our customers and be a one-source supplier that continues to focus on quality products at an exceptional value. We look forward to a future of building new relationships and growing with our existing customer base.”
Sales Director, Bob Zirngible added, “We have brought on a strong sales force to ensure our customers receive the attention they deserve and have a firm understanding of all that we have to offer. It’s through interaction with our sales team that we hope to cultivate long-term partnerships and help our customers thrive in highly-competitive marketplaces.”
Under the name Hankscraft AJS, the newly combined division will move all operations to its 200 Industrial Drive address in Random Lake, Wisconsin. Just 20 minutes north of Milwaukee, the location is easily accessible and recently underwent a 16,000 sq. ft. expansion to accommodate machinery and warehousing for future projects.
