Dry Dock Brewing is wrapping up its final week of service at its original South Dock location in Aurora and charting an exciting, new course in Denver.
The Dry Dock Pub will be opening this spring just 15 minutes away at 1101 South Pearl Street. Left Hand Collective will oversee operations at the new Dry Dock Pub, following Dry Dock’s merger with Left Hand Brewing under Left Hand Collective in April 2025. This historic and iconic spot was previously home to the Pub on Pearl, a neighborhood sports bar that served the community for 35 years and closed in August 2025. Dry Dock Pub will honor the building’s rich legacy while ushering in a new era of award-winning craft beer and community gathering in one of Denver’s most vibrant neighborhoods, Wash Park.
“We couldn’t be more excited about this location and the community that makes it so special,” said Michelle Reding, Dry Dock Co-Founder. “We’re honored to carry forward the Pub’s legacy with a welcoming atmosphere while incorporating thematic Dry Dock elements that enhance the experience.”
Guests can expect more than a dozen taps of Dry Dock’s and Left Hand’s craft beers, in addition to a full bar and restaurant featuring elevated Pub fare. The space also features a large outdoor patio, private event areas, TV’s, bar games, and a stage for regular live music.
“It’s been a natural partnership with Dry Dock from the start,” said Eric Wallace, Left Hand Founder and CEO. “They’ve always been rooted in community and hospitality, and that’s something we share at Left Hand. We want this space to feel like home – with the same welcoming spirit you find at Dry Dock’s original location, and our Tasting Room in Longmont and Left Hand RiNo in Denver. It’s about coming together and building community over great beer.”
Dry Dock’s final day of operation at its Aurora location will be this Sat., Jan. 10. The Dry Dock Pub’s grand opening date will be announced in the coming months. Please stay up to date at www.drydockbrewing.com.
