Chuckanut Brewery is thrilled to announce the launch of its Pilsner and Kölsch in cans, and to mark the occasion, the brewery is hosting a series of celebratory events across the Pacific Northwest. Craft beer enthusiasts will have the opportunity to enjoy Chuckanut’s award-winning lagers, participate in exciting giveaways, and meet the brewery’s founders at select locations.
The festivities kick off on Thursday, February 13, with Caskcades Loves Lager Night at Caskcades in Puyallup from 5-7 p.m. Mari Kemper will be in attendance to engage with guests, answer questions, and share insights about Chuckanut’s lagers. Attendees can also participate in Valentine’s Day Trivia for a chance to win exclusive Chuckanut merchandise.
The celebration continues on Thursday, February 20, at Peaks & Pints in Tacoma, which will commemorate the regular stocking of Chuckanut cans. Peaks & Pints, a long-time supporter of Chuckanut, will feature multiple Chuckanut beers on draft. Additionally, Mari and Ron will be drawing raffle tickets for lucky winners.
On Thursday, March 5, Chuckanut will be the featured brewery for the month at Teku Tavern in Seattle, where Mari will be available early to chat with fans before Wednesday Night Trivia begins at 7 p.m.
Women’s Night at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham takes place on Friday, March 6, from 4-7 p.m., featuring Chuckanut beers on draft and cans available for purchase. Mari will be on hand to celebrate and connect with guests.
The final stop of the celebration tour will be at Bottleworks in Seattle on Thursday, March 12, where Chuckanut will be raising funds for WA Wild. A special unfiltered Keller beer will be available on tap, alongside other Chuckanut selections in both draft and canned formats. Mari from Chuckanut and Chris from WA Wild will be present to discuss the brewery’s support for conservation efforts in Washington State.
These events mark the culmination of a three-year expansion project at Chuckanut Brewery’s Port of Skagit location. The brewery recently completed a major facility expansion, doubling its size and installing new fermentation tanks, a Belgian washer/filler kegging machine with a robotic arm, and a state-of-the-art six-head Codi canning system, which became operational in January 2025. With this investment, Chuckanut Pilsner and Kölsch are now available at specialty grocery stores, co-ops, bottle shops, gas stations, and Chuckanut’s own South Nut Taproom.
