This is your chance to brew support for our Military-connected community. Soldiers’ Angels, a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting Service Members, Veterans, and their families, invites breweries across the U.S. to participate in the 2025 Hops for Heroes campaign. From Memorial Day (May 26) through Veterans Day (Nov. 11), your brewery can brew a Homefront™ beer and directly contribute to programs providing critical support to our nation’s heroes.
Space is limited—only 50 brewery spots are available for this exclusive initiative. Sign up now at SoldiersAngels.org/HopsForHeroes.
What Makes Hops for Heroes Special
By brewing Homefront™ beer, you’re not only using your craft to create something flavorful but also giving back. This isn’t just another brew—it’s your brewery’s opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
- Creative Freedom: You can follow the original Homefront™ IPA recipe or bring your personal twist to craft your own unique Homefront™ brew.
- Community Support: Net proceeds from Homefront™ beer sales directly benefit Soldiers’ Angels programs, which supported over 1.7 million Service Members, Veterans, and their families in 2024 alone.
- Promotional Materials: Participating breweries will receive custom campaign items, including an exclusive tap handle to spotlight your contribution.
“Every year, Hops for Heroes brings breweries together to support Service Members and Veterans in a meaningful way,” said Soldiers’ Angels President and CEO Amy Palmer. “Our 2025 campaign is already generating excitement among breweries nationwide, and we’re eager to see what this year’s participants will create.”
Soldiers’ Angels, the largest volunteer-driven nonprofit of its kind in the United States, has made a nationwide impact through its extensive network of services. The organization supported over 1.7 million Veterans, Service Members, and Military families in 2024, providing food assistance, hygiene kits, and care packages, among other vital resources. In 2024 alone, more than 49,000 Military-connected families received food assistance, solidifying Soldiers’ Angels as the largest food provider exclusively to Veterans in the country.
That kind of reach only becomes possible through industry partnerships like Hops for Heroes, where consumer-facing brands convert everyday moments of customer activity into direct support for the military community. Breweries have led the way, but the model has steadily expanded into adjacent sectors. Restaurants run percentage-of-sales nights, retailers add round-up donations at checkout, and a growing number of digital entertainment platforms have followed suit—book subscription services pledging royalties, app developers donating in-app purchase revenue, and mobile casino and gaming operators running scheduled charity tournaments around Memorial Day and Veterans Day, with proceeds directed to veteran-serving nonprofits. The execution looks different in every category, but the underlying logic holds: a brand turns a small slice of normal customer behavior into measurable help for service members and their families, without asking the customer to do anything differently than they already do.
