Summer is here with Boulder Social’s new menus, specials, and events starting with the Patio Kick-off + Tapping Party on May 17th from 4-7 p.m. Brewmaster, Rodney Taylor, will be tapping into the new Social Belgian Saison and guests can enjoy a free 5oz. pour from 5-6 p.m., plus there will be free Tequila tasting and swag giveaway featuring Casamigos and Don Julio Tequilas (must be 21-plus years of age to participate in sample hour and tequila tasting). The outdoor patio will be lively with the “genuine American rock” sounds of Max Mackey & Friends from 4-7 p.m.
Chefs Meredith Zoretich and Ryan Oliver, with their culinary team, have been working to enhance Boulder Social’s menu with new classic dishes that will quickly become favorites. Enjoy the refreshing Greek Salad with romaine hearts, Greek olives, feta crumbles, cherry tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, and tossed in house oregano and red wine vinaigrette or sink your teeth into the Colorado Lamb Burger featuring a Colorado ground lamb patty from with herbed goat cheese, baby arugula, cucumber-mint pico de gallo, truffle honey, and tzatziki sauce, on a brioche bun. The Korean Chicken Stir Fry makes for a filling and flavorful meal with chicken breast, snap peas, pickled vegetables, and sesame seeds, all tossed with Asian wheat noodles and Korean glaze.
Cheers to summer with the new Summer Spritz cocktail menu highlighting sparkling options that are perfect for sipping on the patio during a sunny day. Pair $5 Social Beers, $6 wine by the glass, $6 classic cocktails, or $10 frozen cocktails with new Happy Hour specials including the irresistible Truffle Fries, classic Shrimp Cocktail simmered in Social Mexican-Style Lager and Old Bay seasoning served with house sauce, and their golden and gooey Cheese Curds, perfect for sharing with friends.
Boulder Social will be keeping the festivities going with the new Summer Music Series starting on June 6th with the Shawn Cunnane Quartet and going through the summer season including a three-day live music series for Phish Weekend July 3-5. Bring those most knowledgeable friends together during Tuesday Night Trivia presented by Geeks Who Drink from 7-9 p.m. It is free to play and features a small batch set-up.
