Seeing as though party season is right around the corner, Winterloper Baltic Porter is making its return this week.
Based on traditional beers from countries near the Baltic Sea, Winterloper is derived from English Porters but influenced by Russian Imperial Stouts. It serves a rich blend of malt flavors expressing caramel and dried fruit with a smooth, roasty finish.
At 8% ABV, this is a strong, jet-black lager beer that’s just as easy and refreshing to drink as any of our brews. These festively-wrapped 16 oz. 4-packs are available at select stores and bars throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin and is on tap at our Northeast Minneapolis taproom.
Winterloper’s complexity inspired us to pay homage to one of our favorite, and confusing, Simpson moments of all time, Mr. Plow.
