Now entering its 11th year of operation, Sacramento’s New Glory Craft Brewery, founded by Julien Lux — a former wholesale rep from Northern California via France — got its start in wholesale. Lux, along with head brewer Jack Brian, shared insights with Executive Editor Jon Sicotte in their chat about how the brewery got its start. All of this was with the consumer of the Sacramento and Bay Area in mind.
