Urban Artifact to Release Operation Plowshare

Operation Plowshare is a bold blackberry beer from Cincinnati’s Urban Artifact with subtle hints of vanilla and fried dough characteristics. The aroma follows similarly with a balanced mixture of baked bread, blackberry preserves, and sweet vanilla icing.
Operation Plowshare was the general term for refocusing the efforts of nuclear explosions for peaceful purposes. We turned this sour bomb into a delicious jelly doughnut flavored ale.
Urban Artifact is a brewery in Ohio that produces only sour beer with a focus on real fruit and ingredients. Located in the heart of the city with a taproom, full bar, and live music venue, in the historic St. Patrick’s Church in Cincinnati’s Northside neighborhood.
