Sheboygan is 2nd Location for 3 Sheeps in Limited-Edition Explorer Pack

3 Sheeps Brewing Co.’s hometown Sheboygan is the upcoming destination to be featured in the 3 Sheeps Explore Wisconsin Variety Packs celebrating the state’s travel-worthy destinations. The limited-edition Sheboygan brew is ‘Rye and Mighty’ Rye IPA – a flavorful, yet approachable IPA that highlights rye spice and a delicious hop profile – with label artwork highlighting freshwater surfing unique to Sheboygan. The photo taken by Visit Sheboygan shows a local surfer gazing over the expanse of Lake Michigan at sunrise. The new rotational beer will be available on tap starting Friday, April 14 at the brewery’s taproom.

“We are proud to call Sheboygan home for so many reasons,” said Pauly. “Sometimes we forget how amazing our Lake Michigan shoreline is because it’s right in our backyard. It draws travelers from all over, and with this beer we want to highlight one of the things that makes Wisconsin, and Sheboygan in particular, so special.”

The Explore Wisconsin limited-edition Explorer Packs are curated 12-packs featuring three year-round favorites with Fresh Coast, Chaos Pattern and Rebel Kent, and one rotating “Explore Wisconsin” beer. The brewer-selected Explore Wisconsin beer varies by release and the specialty cans will don label art featuring a different Wisconsin destination. Explore Wisconsin Variety Packs will be available where 3 Sheeps beer is sold including the 3 Sheeps Brewing Co. Taproom, and 6-packs of these limited-edition cans will only be available at the taproom. To locate 3 Sheeps Brewing Co. beer with the online Tap Finder: https://find.3sheepsbrewing.com/

“Aside from being a fantastic state to brew beer, Wisconsin has so many great destinations. This series celebrates some of our state’s greatest while encouraging folks to support our local economy, which has always been important to us,” said Grant Pauly, founder and brewmaster of 3 Sheeps Brewing Co.

The inaugural Explore Wisconsin beer released in March 2023 was Banshee – an Irish Stout – featured Rib Mountain in Wausau. Eau Claire, Door County, Hayward, and Eagle River, are on the list of featured Wisconsin sites. The brewery is open to suggestions of tourist-worthy destinations via email and social media message.
