Pike Puts Out Entire 2017, a Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Entire 2017, Pike Brewing Company’s bourbon barrel aged imperial stout, will release on International Stout Day (Friday, November 3). Entire is an imperial stout aged for four months in local Woodinville Whiskey bourbon barrels. After aging it is blended with Pike XXXXX Stout to enhance the beer’s dark chocolate and espresso flavors, which are rounded out by the bourbon barrels’ vanilla and oak notes.

To celebrate the release of Pike Entire 2017 we’ve gone into Pike Brewing’s cellar for bottles of perfectly aged 2015 and 2016 vintages of Entire. Bottles of all three vintages will be available at the brewery only on Friday, November 3 from 11 AM to 7 PM. People who purchase 2 bottles of Entire will receive a Pike Brewing tulip glass, those purchasing 3 or more bottles will receive 2 tulip glasses.

To showcase Pike Brewing Company’s love of the deep, dark brews even more, we’ll be offering a special flight of Entire 2017 and 2015 alongside Pike XXXXX Stout and fall seasonal, Pike Organic Double Oatmeal Stout. These beers will be available both at The Pike Pub and Tankard & Tun.
