Other Beers Are Green with Envy Over Iron Hill’s St. Patrick’s Celebration

With a menu like this, everyone’s lucky! Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant (Iron Hill), renowned for its exceptional beers and culinary creations, is gearing up to celebrate Irish heritage and culture this St. Patrick’s Day with a specially crafted menu perfectly complemented by two limited-release seasonal beers available from Thursday, March 14 through Sunday, March 17.

Returning to the taps is Iron Hill’s signature O’Sullivan Stout, a beloved classic that first made its debut in 2014. Named in homage to Co-Founder Mark Edelson’s family roots in Ireland’s County Cork, this stout embodies the essence of Irish tradition. With its deep black hue, roasty malt flavor, and pronounced dry finish, O’Sullivan Stout is served on nitrogen for a delightfully creamy mouthfeel. Joining the festivities is the limited release of Iron Hill’s Irish Red Ale, a medium-bodied red ale boasting a distinctive hop character and a hint of caramel sweetness. Try both and a few additional favorites with Iron Hill’s “Other Beers Are Green with Envy” flight for $9 featuring O’Sullivan Stout, Irish Red Ale, Philly Phavorite, and Pig Iron Porter.

The St. Patrick’s Day a la carte menu features delectable offerings such as a hearty Potato Leek Soup, crispy Fried Cheese Curds with rosemary truffle aioli and hot honey, and flavorful Potato Croquettes stuffed with corned beef, cabbage, white cheddar, and horseradish cream. Indulge in classic Irish mains like Corned Beef and Cabbage, Shepherd’s Pie, and Irish Beef Stew, each thoughtfully paired with Iron Hill’s finest craft beers. For dessert, treat yourself to the decadent O’Sullivan Stout Chocolate Cheesecake, featuring a shortbread crust and Pig Iron Porter salted caramel sauce.

“There is always something new and exciting happening at Iron Hill, with the St. Patrick’s Day menu and flavorful craft beers pairings being no exception.  We’re bringing the true spirit from the shores of Ireland to our tables as each dish is skillfully paired with our Irish-inspired beers, promising an experiential and memorable time for everyone,” says Mark Edelson, Co-Founder and VP of Beer at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant.
