Ecliptic Brewing will release an Oktoberfest Lager in their Moon Room Series this fall. The seventh release in this series will ship September 7 in 16-ounce can four-packs and draft. The Moon Room Series features a collection of lager beer in celebration of Ecliptic opening its second location – The Moon Room – which is well setup for lagering.
“This is our first packaged Oktoberfest beer,” says Ecliptic’s Owner and Brewmaster, John Harris. “Our take on this style has biscuity, creamy malt flavors and balanced hop crispness.” Ecliptic’s Oktoberfest is brewed with Munich and Carapils malts and is hopped with Hallertau Tradition. The style of beer originates in Germany and is celebrated in a large festival taking place each September. Moon Room Series: Oktoberfest clocks in at 6% ABV and 20 IBU.
