NOLA Announces Pale Ale with band Revivalists

Chart-topping rock band The Revivalists have announced a partnership with NOLA Brewing Company to release Revivalists American Pale Ale.

Debuting during the band’s annual New Year’s Eve residency at The Orpheum Theater in their hometown of New Orleans, the initial launch will be exclusive to the New Orleans metropolitan area and will grow to NOLA Brewing’s entire distribution network.

The beer is a slightly bitter, yet juicy American Pale Ale that is heavily dry-hopped with Citra and Simcoe hops coming in at 5% ABV. A portion of the proceeds earned will benefit The Roots of Music Foundation. A cause extremely close to the hearts of The Revivalists as well as NOLA Brewing Company, the foundation is an after-school organization that teaches children from low income neighborhoods how to play music and gives them a hot meal each day.

“We are proud to partner with NOLA Brewing Company on this project to give something back to a city that has given us so much. The Roots of Music is a cause that we believe strongly in – to empower children with the music and culture that makes this city so unique. Plus the beer tastes awesome!” says Ed Williams, The Revivalists’ pedal steel guitar player.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with our good friends The Revivalists and The Roots of Music to not only create an exceptional beer, but raise money to preserve and promote our cities musical heritage. We are very proud of what both of them have accomplished and are honored to be able to be a part of this project!” Says Dylan Lintern, COO of NOLA Brewing Company.
