Iron Hill Makes NA Hop Water, Mocktails a Permanent Menu Item

While Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant (Iron Hill) has long been celebrated for its craft beers, they’re ringing in the New Year with something special for everyone. Say hello to 2024 with a refreshing twist as Iron Hill announces the permanent addition of an enticing array of mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to their menu at all 21 locations. Hop Water, which launched at Iron Hill in 2023, is a zero-calorie, non-alcoholic sparkling beverage infused and crafted with a blend of six hops, including Azacca, Jarrylo, Cascade, Chinook, Cashmere, and El Dorado for a delicious juicy tropical fruit flavor. The zero-ABV drink was initially created for a limited-time run during Dry January, but Hop Water was a quick hit with customers and is now a permanent fixture on the menu along with tasty Hop-Tails – mocktail flavor varieties made with Hop Water. Running between $5 and $6 each, the light and refreshing Hop-Tails include:

  • Hop-Jito with simple syrup, lime, and mint
  • White Grape Basil with white grapes, expressed basil, lime juice, simple syrup, ginger ale
  • Hop Cider with apple cider and a cinnamon sugar rim
  • Hop Lux with marasca cherries and Luxardo syrup
  • Raspberry Limeade with raspberry syrup and fresh lime juice
  • Blackberry Lemon with blackberry syrup and lemonade

“At Iron Hill, we’re all about creating an exceptional experience for every guest, including those who do not drink beer or other alcohol. We already make our own craft Root Beer in-house. Additionally, our new permanent Hop Water and Hop-tails are a testament to our commitment to providing a diverse and delightful menu for our valued customers year-round. Whether you’re celebrating the New Year, embracing Dry January, or simply in the mood for a light and refreshing drink, we’ve got you covered,” says Chris Westcott, CEO of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant.
