Cascade Brewing announces Figaro (2022).
The 2022 release of Figaro features our sour triple blond ales aged in oak barrels for up to 15 months with dried white figs, bergamot peel, and lemon peel. Elegant and complex, Figaro showcases flavors of dried figs with delicate hints of citrus fruit and a crisp, clean finish. Figaro comes in our new 250ml can format. 9.5% ALC/VOL.
Figaro will be available locally at the Cascade Brewing Barrel House at 939 SE Belmont Street starting Thursday December 8th and through regular distribution channels.
