The Craft Maltsters Guild recently announced the expansion of its annual Craft Malt Week into the inaugural Craft Malt Month, taking place all this month. It gives breweries an opportunity to celebrate locally produced malt and in South Carolina for Fireforge Crafted Beer, it means working with Asheville, NC maltsters Riverbend Malting. Fireforge co-founder Nicole Cendrowski speaks with Brewer Mag’s Jon Sicotte along with Riverbend co-founder Brent Manning in ways breweries can help celebrate local malt this month.
