3 Sheeps Toasts to Brewery’s Six-Year Milestone

3 Sheeps Brewing Co. marks the businesses’ 6th year with an anniversary party on April 21 at the 3 Sheeps Brewing Co. Taproom. On the heels of a sweeping rebrand and one year anniversary of the taproom, the brewery hits milestone with celebratory spirit and focus on barrel aged beer and experimental taproom-only releases.

“The team took on a weighty effort in the two year rebranding of the brewery for an image that better matches the brewery and the beer all while opening the taproom and further investing in brewery production equipment and processes,” explains founder and brewmaster Grant Pauly. “Now we get to focus on the beer: from ensuring our year-round offerings maintain the quality and consistency everyone has come to expect, to expanding our barrel program and offerings, to pushing the boundaries of what beer is. The year 2018 is the year that we truly get to show what ‘brewed with heart & science’ means to us.”

The six year Anniversary Party hosted at the 3 Sheeps Taproom & Barrel Warehouse features taproom-only barrel aged bottle releases, live music and food from local vendors. Admission to the taproom is complimentary, while advanced reservations are available for the limited allotment of anniversary bottles. Tickets for allotments of up to three bottles of each beer will go on sale on March 12, and the brewery anticipates that they will sell out quickly. Proceeds from $5 reservation tickets will benefit Unlimited Breadsticks, a non-profit group focused on civic engagement and community projects in Sheboygan. ANNIVERSARY BEER
Bourbon barrel aged versions of Paid Time Off and Uber Joe – the brewery’s most sought after beers – will be available exclusively at the taproom for $15 per bottle (while supplies last).

– Bourbon Barrel Aged Paid Time Off, 13.8% ABV, Imperial stout brewed with toasted coconut, walnuts, and cocoa nibs in bourbon barrels

– Bourbon Barrel Aged Uber Joe, 13.8% ABV, Imperial stout brewed with coffee, cocoa nibs, and vanilla aged in bourbon barrels

MUSIC
Guests will enjoy live music from The Abler Boys of Elkhart Lake, and The Plutoniates and Buffalo Gospel of Milwaukee.

FOOD
An array of cuisine will be available for purchase from local Sheboygan eateries and food trucks including BoMallies, Luz De Luna, Parker John’s BBQ & Pizza, and Pork in the Road Mobile Rotisserie and Outdoor Catering.
