U.S. Beverage, Rogue Ales & Spirits Sign National Sales Partnership

U.S. Beverage, LLC, (USB) one of America’s leading beverage companies, announced today that it has signed a national sales partnership with Oregon craft pioneer Rogue Ales & Spirits.  According to the agreement, USB will serve as the national sales partner for Rogue’s full portfolio, which includes award-winning beers, spirits and CBD/THC beverage products, across all 50 states.

Founded in 1988, Rogue has been at the forefront of Oregon’s booming craft beverage industry for more than three decades and has grown from a local brewery to a globally recognized beverage brand with products available in all 50 states and more than 50 countries.

Under the terms of the agreement, which is effective August 1, 2025, Rogue will retain full control of brand ownership, production, logistics, marketing and strategy. USB’s experienced sales team will represent Rogue in the trade, working directly with wholesale and retail partners. Most of Rogue’s national sales team will transition to USB, ensuring continuity and relationships. Finally, as the USB network has a high level of overlap with the existing Rogue wholesaler network, there are no anticipated changes to the wholesaler network.

“We may be known for our fearless approach to flavor, but when it comes to getting our products in the hands of our consumers, particularly in the evolving CBD and THC space, we are careful to find the right partner,” said Steven Garrett, President of  Rogue Ales & Spirits.  “Our partnership with USB significantly expands our capabilities. USB brings a proven track record in building iconic brands, and their national sales team will quadruple our current sales reach in the field – enhancing the service, support and frequency with which we can work alongside our valued distribution and retail partners.”

“The Rogue portfolio contains some of the most exciting and innovative beverages available, and in the hands of the U.S. Beverage team will position Rogue for accelerated growth, deeper in-market presence and increased support at every level of the trade,” said Justin Fisch, CEO of U.S. Beverage. “It’s also particularly gratifying that our companies, who initially worked together in 1999, have continued to evolve as the industry and consumer tastes have changed and have partnered again to position Rogue for accelerated growth during this next chapter.”
