True North Ale Company has partnered with Mill River Winery to add locally crafted wine to its lineup of award-winning beers. Mill River Winery, based in Rowley, Massachusetts, will produce proprietary red and white blends for sale by the glass through the True North Ales Taproom.
“We are tremendously excited to add wine to our Taproom offering and partnering with a hyper-local winery to produce the wine is extremely important to us. Mill River Winery sources grapes locally and from premium wine regions around the globe and is known for its quality and creativity,” said Gary Rogers, co-founder of True North Ale Company.
Donna Martin, owner and winemaker at Mill River Winery, added, “True North Ales is a highly recognized brand in New England and their Ipswich Taproom, just six miles east of our winery and tasting room, is a very popular local venue. We look forward to providing their guests an outstanding selection of wines through this partnership.”
The True North proprietary white blend is crisp and dry, produced from Washington state grapes. The True North proprietary red blend is a big, bold claret crafted from California and Washington grapes. The wines will be served at the True North Ales Taproom and during events held on-site throughout the year.
