Switchback Brewing Co. is proud to announce the launch of Switchback N.A., a non-alcoholic version of their beloved flagship Switchback Ale, crafted with the same dedication to flavor and quality—minus the alcohol.
“Since day one, Switchback Ale has been all about balance,” said Bill Cherry, Founder & Brewmaster of Switchback Brewing Co. “It’s a beer that’s as familiar as it is innovative, crafted to be full-bodied and flavorful while remaining incredibly drinkable. As we’ve grown, we’ve come to appreciate that balance in new ways, and we saw an opportunity to extend that idea into the world of non-alcoholic beer.”
A Non-Alcoholic Beer That Doesn’t Compromise
Switchback Ale has long been a go-to beer for any occasion, but the brewery recognized that sometimes, the best choice is to skip the alcohol—without sacrificing the craft experience. Whether it’s a post-run hangout, a weeknight dinner, or simply taking it easy, those moments still deserve a beer made with the same quality, flavor, and care that Switchback fans expect.
“There’s been a growing demand for non-alcoholic options, but we weren’t willing to put our name on something that didn’t meet our standards,” Cherry explained. “We wanted to create a non-alcoholic beer that truly captures the same quality and authenticity people expect from Switchback.”
Innovative Brewing for an Authentic Experience
To achieve this, Switchback partnered with BrewVo NA, pioneers in the “nested fermentation” process. This method allows BrewVo to fully brew Switchback Ale and then gently remove the alcohol while preserving the beer’s signature flavor and aroma. The result? A non-alcoholic beer that delivers everything fans love about Switchback Ale—just without the alcohol.

For Switchback, the launch of Switchback N.A. is more than just expanding the product lineup—it’s about staying true to the brewery’s values.
