Chuckanut Celebrates Can Launch with Special Events and Fundraisers

Chuckanut Brewery is proud to announce the release of its highly anticipated 12 oz cans, marking an exciting milestone for the award-winning brewery. To celebrate, Chuckanut is hosting a series of launch events throughout March, featuring exclusive tastings, trivia nights, and fundraisers across Washington and Oregon.

Chuckanut’s newly canned offerings include its Bohemian Pilsner, Kölsch, and the seasonal Mexican-Style Lager (available March through July). In addition to these flagship beers, limited small-batch cans of Italian Pilsner, Japanese-Style Lager, and Helles Lager will also be available at select events.

Launch Events & Celebrations

• March 5 – Teku Tavern, Seattle, WA
  Chuckanut kicks off its official can launch at Teku Tavern, where co-founder Mari Kemper will sponsor the first March Wednesday Trivia night. Chuckanut will be the featured brewery at Teku’s weekly trivia throughout the month. The celebration begins at 6 PM, with trivia starting at 7 PM. Guests can enjoy special small-batch cans and a variety of Chuckanut beers on tap.
• March 6 – Elizabeth Station, Bellingham, WA
  Chuckanut joins Elizabeth Station to celebrate both its canned beers and women in the industry with a special event supporting women’s non-profits. A portion of draft sales will benefit two organizations. Chuckanut representatives will be on-site from 5-7 PM to discuss the brewery’s expansion into canned products.
• March 12 – Bottleworks, Seattle, WA
  Chuckanut will host a fundraising event at Bottleworks in support of WA Wild. From 5-7 PM, guests can enjoy Chuckanut cans and draft pours, including a limited release of Keller Bohemian Pilsner—an unfiltered version straight from the fermentation tanks. This is a rare opportunity to experience Chuckanut’s Keller beer while supporting a meaningful environmental cause.
• March 13 – Saraveza, Portland, OR
  Portland beer lovers can celebrate Chuckanut’s can debut at Saraveza, where a variety of Chuckanut’s beers will be available in cans and on draft.
• March 14 – John’s Marketplace, Portland, OR
  The celebration continues at John’s Marketplace from 4-6 PM, offering fans another chance to join in the excitement and toast Chuckanut’s entry into the canned beer market.
