The community showed up in 2025. More than $95,000 has been donated by guests at all three MadTree locations to support local environmental causes—turning everyday visits and celebrations into meaningful action for Cincinnati’s neighborhoods.

In 2025, more than 20,000 guests contributed more than $34,000 to the “Plant a Tree” program while making transactions at MadTree’s Oakley Taproom and MadTree Parks & Rec.

Additionally, more than $61,000 has been donated by private event hosts to offset the carbon footprint of events at all three MadTree locations—MadTree’s Oakley Taproom, Alcove by MadTree, and MadTree Parks & Rec.

“Every day the community shows up in a big way to improve Cincinnati’s tree canopy cover,” says Rhiannon Hoeweler, VP Experience & Impact at MadTree. “Speaking directly to our guests: Because of you, neighborhoods are greener, air is cleaner, and our shared spaces are stronger. Thank you.”

The $95,000 contributed by the community is in addition to the 1% of all MadTree sales donated to local environmental nonprofits. Together with the community, MadTree is working toward $5,000,000 of impact by 2030. None of this is possible without the continued support of the people of Cincinnati and our distribution footprint—Ohio and Kentucky.

As we head into 2026, MadTree is grateful for a community that continues to show up for Cincinnati’s environment and each other. Learn more about MadTree’s purpose and impact work here: www.madtree.com/about/our-purpose/
