3 Sheeps Brewing has teamed up with Door County Brewing Co. and Hacienda Beer Co. to open a reimagined taproom at Hacienda Taproom + Kitchen on Milwaukee’s East Side. The “Triple Taproom + Kitchen” is a unique industry partnership providing 3 Sheeps Brewing with a hub in “Brew City.”

“We have been good friends with the Door County and Hacienda team for many years and are now taking this friendship to the next level and moving in together!” said Grant Pauly, Founder of 3 Sheeps Brewing. “Having a dedicated space in Milwaukee will allow us to support all of the amazing fans and partners that have supported us for the past twelve years. We couldn’t be more excited.”

3 Sheeps Brewing has been producing and packaging Door County products since 2020 and Hacienda Beer Co. products since earlier this year.

This unique multi-brewery craft beer destination features tap and packaged beer from each of the three breweries in one communal space. 3 Sheeps will have 10 rotating taplines featuring core, seasonal, barrel-aged, and taproom exclusive beers. The initial lineup of 3 Sheeps beer at Triple Taproom includes:

  • Chaos Pattern Hazy IPA (Core)
  • Fresh Coast Juicy Pale Ale (Core)
  • Wisconsinitis Cream Ale (Core)
  • Shorts and Hoodies – Beer Garden Pilsner (Rotating)
  • Citra Serenade – Imperial IPA (Rotating)
  • Lemongrass Pils (Seasonal)
  • Oktoberfest – (Seasonal)
  • Sowre – Sour Ale with Watermelon (Rotating)
  • The Wolf (Barrel Aged)
  • The Wolf – Double Barrel (Barrel Aged)

The shared taproom space at Triple Taproom + Kitchen, which opened on July 10, showcases each of the three craft brewing companies’ products, merchandise and branding throughout the indoor and outdoor areas. A launch party is set for late summer or early fall. Special events and tastings to be announced. Fans can follow each brewery’s social media channels as well as @tripletaproom for updates.

“We’re excited to call Hacienda our “Milwaukee hub” and we can’t wait to start supporting and contributing to this incredible community,” added Pauly.

Triple Taproom + Kitchen will adopt 3 Sheeps Brewing’s “Pints For A Purpose” charitable giving program by donating $1 for each pint of Wisconsinitis Cream Ale sold to a local charity. The inaugural charity for the Triple Taproom is the nearby Kinship Community Food Center.

“Milwaukee has such an incredible beer and brewing history,” said Pauly. “We’re looking forward to being a part of it while giving back to this community.”
