Wilding Welcomes Station 26 Brewing to Roster of Colorado Craft Beverage Brands

Wilding Brands (https://wildingbrands.com), an innovative, local, founder-owned portfolio of craft beverage brands, today announces its continued growth with the acquisition of Denver’s Station 26 Brewing Co., a local favorite known for its award-winning beers and strong community roots.

Founded in 2013 in a converted firehouse, Station 26 has grown into a local staple, known for standout beers including Juicy Banger IPA, 303 Lager, and Tangerine Cream. The brewery has received numerous accolades for its quality and creativity, including World Beer Cup Golds for Swift Half (2024) and 11th Anniversary Double IPA (2025), and a Great American Beer Festival Bronze medal for Palisade Peak Chili Beer (2024).

With the acquisition, Wilding will integrate brewing and canning into its operations, and the taphouse, located in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood, will continue to serve the community. Station 26 Founder Justin Baccary will join the Wilding team, where he will continue to lead Station 26, contribute to craft beverage development and support the growing number of taprooms and restaurants in the Wilding portfolio.

“Justin has built a strong community around Station 26 and the quality speaks for itself. His vision perfectly aligns with what we’re building at Wilding: a new chapter in Colorado craft brewing based on quality and locality across an amazing variety of the best craft beverages and hospitality experiences in Colorado,” said Charlie Berger, Chief Development Officer, Wilding Brands. “We’re honored to bring Station 26 into the family and have Justin join the team.”

“We’ve built something really special over the last decade, and joining Wilding is an exciting next step that brings new energy and a shared passion for craft, creativity, and community,” said Baccary. “Eric, Brad, Charlie and the team truly understand the importance of the craft and staying local, and it’s exciting to be part of Colorado’s leading craft beverage group.”

The acquisition comes on the heels of Wilding’s recent acquisition of Great Divide Brewing Co., announced in early April, 2025. Wilding Brands has grown into nine unique beverage brands, also including Stem Ciders, Denver Beer Co., Cervecería Colorado, Funkwerks Brewing, Formation Brewing, Howdy Beer Co., and Easy Living Hop Water.
