Thirsty Buffalo Brewing has created a new brew – Brahman Golden Ale – to benefit University of South Florida student athletes through Fowler Avenue Collective, the exclusive, USF Bulls NIL collective. Made with fans of the green and gold in mind, the light, refreshing Brahman Golden Ale has a crisp finish brought on by Saphir hops, making it perfect for tailgating. A portion of proceeds from every Brahman Golden Ale purchase goes directly to the Fowler Avenue Collective, giving Bulls fans a delicious way to support USF student athletes.
Created by Thirsty Buffalo Brewing owners and USF alumni Mike and Erin Bishop, Brahman Golden Ale is now available at both Thirsty Buffalo Brewing locations (Odessa and Land O’Lakes), as well as various restaurants, bars and package stores in the USF area.
“Thirsty Buffalo Brewing was the ideal partner for this project, not just because of their expertise and passion for brewing but also for their passion for USF athletics,” said Will Turner, Director of Revenue & Engagement for Fowler Avenue Collective. “This collaboration is a perfect example of how alumni, fans and students can get directly involved in supporting USF athletes.”
To celebrate the launch of Brahman Golden Ale and Tampa Bay Beer Week, Thirsty Buffalo Brewing at The Hub at Bexley will be throwing a watch party for the USF v. Memphis men’s basketball game on March 7.The party starts at 8 p.m., with tip off at 9 p.m., and anyone showing their USF Alumni Membership Card will receive one complimentary Brahman Golden Ale.
