Fonio, traditionally grown in West Africa, is a gluten-free grain prized for its nutty flavor, ease of use, and agricultural resilience. It can be added directly into the mash with no milling required, making it brewer-friendly and ideal for experimentation.

This new partnership will be showcased at the Craft Brewers Conference (CBC) in Indianapolis, April 28–May 1, where the Terra Ingredients team will be at RahrBSG’s booth (#4405) to answer questions and share samples of fonio-based beers.
