Southern Tier Brewing Company is proud to launch a new seasonal release in collaboration with Perry’s Ice Cream! Vanilla Scoop is an 8.6% ABV Imperial Ale, inspired by Perry’s Ice Cream. Using Perry’s signature vanilla, Southern Tier has crafted a delicious one-of-a-kind taste in every sip that will have you wishing for summer all year long.
From the iconic Pumking Imperial Ale to newer releases like French Toast, Southern Tier delivers the big bold flavors of favorite treats.
“For this release, we wanted to capture the delicious flavor of Perry’s Vanilla Ice Cream in a bottle. Using Perry’s signature vanilla and milk sugar we could deliver a creamy full-bodied beer we think fans are going to love,” said Matt Dunn, VP of Operations at Southern Tier Brewing Company. The end result…a playful craft ale that tastes just like ice cream and makes celebrating with friends and family that much more fun.

In addition to being on tap at Southern Tier’s five Taproom locations, the new craft brand will be arriving on shelves at retailers across New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and other Southern Tier markets, including Consumer Beverage Center, Giant Eagle, Dash’s Market, Sheetz, Tops Markets, Total Wine, Walmart, 7 Eleven, Speedway, Wegmans Food Markets and local independent retailers.
