San Diego Brewers Guild, a nonprofit 501(c)(6) organization that promotes local small businesses and entrepreneurs of craft beer, has appointed its Board of Directors and determined event dates for the 2024 calendar year. Modern Times Director of Hospitality Jake Nunes is the new President, and the 16th-Annual San Diego Beer Week will take place November 1-10. Brewers Guild Executive Director Erik Fowler made the announcement.
The 2024 Board of Directors:

He has also served as an instructor for San Diego State University’s Business of Craft Beer certificate program since its 2013 inception.
Kilowatt’s Davila joins the Board for the first time. Pure Project’s Leguizamon is now in the second year of his two-year term as Secretary. LevitZacks’s Carpenter has served as Treasurer since 2016. Resident’s McMullen returns for a second year as a Director, while Coronado Brewing’s Kennedy joins the Board for the first time as a Director.
“The Guild has assembled a Board of Directors that the entire local craft beer industry should be proud of,” Fowler said. “Jake’s experience speaks for itself, and he is supported by other passionate industry professionals who help San Diego maintain its status as a mecca of craft beer.”
