This ale was brewed with blackstrap molasses, lime, ginger, and vanilla flavors, and then rested on oak chips. It evokes the essence of the classic dark and stormy cocktail. The combination of oak, molasses, vanilla, and crystal malts yields flavors reminiscent of black rum, while the lime and ginger contribute a vibrant effervescence, leaving you feeling refreshed.
