Knuth Brewing Company is thrilled to announce the upcoming grand opening of their NEW location, strategically positioned across the street from their current establishment. The new venue opened its doors in January, marking an exciting new chapter in the brewery’s journey.
David Knuth, founder of Knuth Brewing Company, shared his thoughts on the expansion: “The building across the street has been vacant for as long as we’ve been here. Pre-COVID, a developer purchased the property and began to update the property until the shut-downs. In 2022 we were approached about the property, and after several months of discussions with the city and my family, we decided it was the right move for us at this time.“
The Grand Opening coincides with our world-famous annual Winter Polka Fest (Formerly Polka on Ice) on February 17th. We will be releasing not one, but two bourbon barrel beers! 2/5’s Party Band will take the stage from Noon-2 and CopperBox will be playing 3-6! Free brewery tours during the day and the Biergarten will be open with bonfires! Don’t miss the party polka, the fun, the smiles, wood fired beer brats, and of course lots of cold beer! Bring the family and your friends for a great winter getaway!
The process of transforming the space into a vibrant brewery experience has been underway, with meticulous attention given to every detail. Knuth Brewing Company collaborated with their trusted partners at Quality Tank to install a state-of-the-art brewhouse, ensuring that the beer enthusiasts in the community will have even more to look forward to.In addition to expanding the brewing facilities with the new 20-barrel brewing system, the new location will feature an enhanced kitchen setup to complement the larger space. With the capacity to accommodate up to 320 people, the second story of the building opens up exciting possibilities for hosting events, especially weddings. We are excited to announce that we have 4 weddings already scheduled for this year, highlighting the venue’s versatility as a choice for memorable celebrations.
