Empyrean Collaborates with Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium with Release of IP-Ape

Empyrean Brewing Co.’s. and Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium have collaborated to introduce IP-Ape Extra Pale Ale, a new beer featuring a smooth, tangy lemonade citrus finish. The ale is low in calories and carbs, with 110 calories and 4g of carbs per serving, and features orangutan-themed packaging.

IP-Ape Extra Pale Ale, will be available year-round in 16 oz cans at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, which hosts over 300 events annually. Other varieties from Empyrean Brewing Co., will also be served at the Zoo. IP-Ape will also be widely distributed in 4-pack 16 oz cans across all Empyrean Brewing Co. markets and retailers, as well as at the Lincoln Children’s Zoo and surrounding zoos.

This collaboration coincides with the opening of the newly renovated and expanded Hubbard Orangutan Forest at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, which plans to open summer 2024.
